A BBQ Story....
We are long time Virginia natives and have lived in the area since 1978. We have lived in Fauquier County for 25 years now, and call Warrenton home.
Cooking BBQ has been a passion of ours for many years. We have tried many different recipes, smokers, and techniques to finally come up with the best BBQ. We have always thought there was something missing in the local food scene. Now we are bringing our food to the venues here in Fauquier, Prince William, Loudoun, and Fairfax Counties.
We hope you will come out and see us, say hello, and try some vicious BBQ... IT IS TIME TO EAT!

Our Inspiration
Maya, the "Red Dog", has been our inspiration for years.
She is a Belgian Malinois who is extremely active. She loves all activities which include walking, hanging out with Grandma and Grandpa, and eating! Her favorite thing of all is a ball on a rope!
She helps us with any chore and loves to help start up the smokers to get us ready for the day.
